Note: The Mattress Base (PART 5) should be at the highest level (Level 1) when the child is born. It must
be at the lowest level (Level 3) before the child can stand up. Before installing the Mattress Base (PART
5), please ask the customers at which height they want it installed.
4. Determine the desired height of the Mattress Base. Place the Mattress Base into the crib using two adults,
with care not to scratch the finish. Attach the Mattress Base (PART 5) to the Front Gate (PART 2) using (2x)
Bolt (D) and tighten with Allen Key (A). Do not fully tighten Bolts (D) at this point.

5. Attach Headboard (PART 1) to Left/Right End Panel (PART 3 & 4) using (4x) Bolt (B). Make sure the (4) holes
at corners of Headboard (PART 1) align with holes on End Panels (PART 3 & 4) as shown below. Make sure to
use the upper holes on posts. Then fix the remaining two brackets to the Headboard (PART 1) at the same
level as in previous step using (2x) Bolt (D) and tighten with Allen Key (A).Tighten all bolts including also the
ones from previous step using Allen Key (A)
