 Important! Only use knives which have been produced
specifically for this machine. If you use other knives there is a
risk of injuries as a consequence of a lack of control.
 Avoid over-tightening and the possibility of the thread
becoming detached. If the latch or the screws have worn out
threads they must be immediately replaced.
