1. Read all instructions before assembly crib. Keep instructions for future use.
2. Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can cause suffocation.
3. Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.

CARE AND CLEANING
DO NOT scratch or chip the finish. DO NOT use abrasive chemicals for cleaning. If the crib is to be stored, store in a cool,
dry place and carefully package all original hardware to protect from loss.
TOOLS AND INSTALLATION
Tools needed: Key Wrench (included).
Two people are recommended for assembly.
When inserting bolts, turn clockwise until tight. Then loosen 1/2-3/4 of a turn. After bed is completely assembled,
return to each bolt and tighten.

  • Page 7 C O LE T T E T UFT E D C RIB STEP 2: Note: The Mattress Support (C) should be at the highest level when the child is born. It must be at the lowest level before the child can stand up. Before installing the Mattress Support (C), determine the desired height of the mattress.
  • Page 8 CO L E T T E T UFT E D C RI B STEP 3: Attach the Mattress Support (C) to the Stretcher Bars (D) using Mattress Bolts (2), Spring Washer (9) Flat Washer (10), Hex Nut (5), and Cap Hex Nut (6).

    CO LE T T E T UFT E D C RIB STEP 7: If the mattress support is not in the lowest position, unscrew and remove all the tightened bolts from scissor assembly bars to the Mattress Support (C) and move it to the lowest position. Note: The Mattress Support (C) must be at the lowest level for a toddler bed.
  • Page 13 CO LE T T E T UFT E D C RIB STEP 8: Loosen all tightened Bolts (4) from Headboard/Footboard (A) with Stretcher Bars (D). Spread front of crib open enough to insert toddler rail hooks between the headboard/footboard. STEP 9: Attach Toddler Rails (E) to the posts of the Headboard/Footboard (A) by hooking into provided slots while aligning the Stretcher...
  • Page 14 C O LE T T E T UF TE D C RIB STEP 10: Retighten Bolts (4) to snug fit. STEP 11: When converting the crib to toddler bed, the Short Bolts (13) should be inserted in the upper holes of the Headboard/Footboard (A), and tightened with the Allen Key (14).
