1.
Remove all packaging before use.
2.
Place the mattress directly on the frame of the bed.
IMPORTANT!
Compress rolled mattresses must be left to recover for
a minimum of 24 hours before use.
– Open zip fully (all 3 sides) to expose upper part of the
foam, allowing to recover and aerate.
– After 24 hours replace cover ensuring the corners of
the foam are fitted to the corners of the cover and
zip up fully.
Mattresses that are delivered flat packed can be placed
directly onto bed frame and used immediately.
The mattress is designed for beds with adjustable lying surface.

4.2 Safety information

WARNING!
It is very important for the patient to reposition
themselves, or to be repositioned, on a regular basis.
This must be based on the clinical judgement of a
qualified health care professional. This relieves pressure
which helps prevent both tissue compression and
potential ulcer formation.
– Always consult a qualified health care professional
before using the product.
– Monitor the patient frequently.

monitors should be attached to appropriate bed
accessories.
– For home use common causes of damage include
cigarette burns and the claws of pets that puncture
