Battery Display
1. If the display becomes brighter and the letters on the LCD cannot be
read, remove the batteries.
For optimal performance, use only alkaline batteries of the type LR03
(AAA).
Do not mix rechargeable batteries and non-rechargeable batteries and
use only batteries of the same type.
2. If you do not use the thermometer for long period of time, remove the
batteries.
Cleaning
Wipe the housing of the fork thermometer with a lightly moistened
cloth. Clean the measuring probes with warm soapy water after each
use.
While cleaning do not press on the LC display. Display discolouring
will disappear in a while.
Do not place the unit in a dishwasher. Do not immerse it in water or
any other liquid.
Do not clean the unit with aggressive chemicals or abrasives in order
not to damage the surface.
