FAQs
How do I care for EF DELTA? – EF DELTA is designed for a variety of uses so there is a good chance EF DELTA will need a little cleaning every
now and then. Please use a dry, non-abrasive cloth. We like the cleaners that have been designed for mobile phone and computer screens if you
need a little extra oomph. Do not give it a bath!
How do I store EF DELTA? – Please store your EF DELTA in a dry environment out of direct elements. For optimal battery health, store EF DELTA
at room temperature fully charged. EcoFlow offers a water-resistant, dustproof case for maximum protection. We suggest that you keep your
connected to a power source when not in use, like a solar panel or a wall plug, so it keeps its battery healthy and topped off. This prolongs battery
life and will ensure your EF DELTA is ready to recharge your gear at all times. If that is not possible, EF DELTA will hold its charge with very little drop
off for over a year.
How do I use EF DELTA safely? – Please use EF DELTA in temperature conditions inside of its operating temperature range. Using EF DELTA
outside of its optimal temperature operating range can push it beyond its safe and effective limits.
Do not submerge your EF DELTA. It is not waterproof and this will void your warranty. If you want to protect the EF DELTA against moisture and
dust, use a EF DELTA protector (IP54) or safety box (IP68, can be purchased from ecoflow.com)
Don't throw EF DELTA around. Treat EF DELTA like the equipment you are plugging into it, with care.
Warning! Do not charge the machine immediately after it is fully discharged. For safety, please
cool the battery for 2-3 hours before charging!
If you attempt to charge the machine immediately after a full discharge, the machine will display
protection reminder. This is normal phenomenon. Please cool the machine for 2-3 hours before charging it.
