Putting the device on the belt

1. Thread one end of the belt through
the slots on the back of the device.
Check that the device is positioned
as shown.

3. Fasten the tab to the belt. Slide the
device into a position that is close to
the effort sensor.

Connecting the accessories to the device

CAUTION
The recorder's pressure sensors are highly sensitive. For this reason, you
should never blow directly into the connections for the nasal cannula or the
effort sensor.
The accessories may already be attached to the device. If they are not attached,
connect them as shown.
Remove the ventilated protective caps from the nasal cannula and effort sensor
connections. Keep the protective cap for further use.

2. Flip the device over. Thread the end
of the belt closest to the device
through one of the slots on the
effort sensor.
