Produktinformation Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 519 Allgemein motorgetriebene Das Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 519 (Abb. 1) ist ein Einsteckschloss zur mechanischen Mehrfach- Mehrfachverriegelung verriegelung und motorgetriebener Entriegelung, mit Selbstverriegelungsfunktion und einer integrierten Steuerelektronik, welche eine potentialfreie Ansteuerung über Zutrittskontrolle, Sprechanlage und Zeitsteuerung ermöglicht. Über das UII-Steuermodul (Universal Interconnectivity Interface) ergeben sich weitere Steuermöglichkeiten und Schlossfunktionen, und es sind umfangreiche Statusmeldungen abrufbar. -

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Das Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 519 ist zum Einbau in ein- oder zweiflügeligen Rohrrahmen- oder Vollblatttüren (Dornmaß ab 55 mm) aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Holz geeignet. Es darf nur dann in zweiflügelige Türen eingebaut werden, wenn sich der Standflügel sicher und spielfrei feststellen lässt und der Gangflügel gegen eine Anschlagkante läuft. -

Office-Funktion dauerhaftes Entriegeln Die Office-Funktion ermöglicht ein dauerhaftes Entriegeln des Schlosses durch Ansteuerung mittels eines des Schlosses Dauerkontaktes. So können Gebäude für festgelegte Zeiten per Zutrittskontrollsystem oder Schaltuhr von außen zugänglich gemacht werden. Toggle-Funktion Die Toggle Funktion ermöglicht ein Umschalten zwischen Dauerentriegelung und Verriegelung des Schlosses bei jedem Schalten des Steuereinganges Ansteuerung. -

Barrierefreie Türen Das Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungschloss 519 bietet in Kombination mit dem UII-Steuermodul und einem Drehtürantrieb die Möglichkeit, eine barrierefreie Tür zu installieren, zum Beispiel für den Einsatz in einem Krankenhaus. -

Montage Warnung! Prüfen auf Beschädigung: Beschädigungen der Kabel können zu Stromschlägen führen. Beschädigungen an den Metallteilen können zu Verletzungen führen. Ein beschädigtes Gerät ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Prüfen Sie die Verpackung und das Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 519 auf Beschädigungen. Ein beschädigtes Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Auch beschädigte Kabel und Steckverbindungen dürfen nicht verwendet werden. -

Montieren Warnung! Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag: Eine unsachgemäße Verkabelung ist lebensgefährlich und kann das Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 519 zerstören. Das Anschließen der Stromversorgung darf ausschließ- lich von einer geschulten Fachperson durchgeführt werden. Vorsicht! Verletzungsgefahr durch scharfe Kanten und Späne: Beim Bohren und anderen zerspanenden Arbeiten besteht durch scharfe Kanten und Späne Verletzungsgefahr. - Page 20 Schließblech montieren Das Schließblech muss so im Türzargen montiert werden, dass Schlossfalle und Steuerfalle über eine ebene Fläche gleiten können („Profile mit thermischer Trennung“, Seite 31). Die Steuerfalle muss dabei kontinuierlich eingedrückt bleiben („Selbstverriegelung“, Seite 14). Das passende Schließ- Fertigen Sie die Schließblechtasche und alle Bohrungen oder fertigen Sie ein bauseitiges Schließblech blech verschrauben („Fertigen bauseitiger Schließbleche“, Seite 32).

Elektrischer Anschluss Kabel verlegen und anschließen Das Anschlusskabel muss im Türblatt von der Schlossseite zur Bandseite geführt werden. Anschließend muss das Kabel vom Türblatt in den Türrahmen verlegt werden. Verlegen Sie das Anschlusskabel unter Beachtung folgender Hinweise: · Es wird empfohlen, das Kabel innerhalb des Türblatts in einem geeigneten Leerrohr mit einem Innen- durchmesser von mindestens 6 mm zu verlegen. -

Elektrischer Anschluss an UII-Steuermodul Über das UII-Steuermodul können externe Geräte mit dem Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 519 angeschlossen werden und Statuswerte abgefragt werden („Statusabfrage über das UII-Steuermodul“, Seite 27). Das UII-Steuermodul muss elektrisch entsprechend Anschlussplan (Abb. 8) angeschlossen werden, es kann anschließend über DIP-Schalter und Drehschalter konfiguriert werden („Konfiguration des UII-Steu- ermoduls / Bedeutung der Schalter“, Seite 24). -

Ansteuerung über das UII-Steuermodul Das UII-Steuermodul (Universal Interconnectivity Interface) bietet mehrere Steuereingänge (Tab. 3). Die vier Steuereingänge sind potentialbehaftet und werden mit potentialfreien Kontakten auf Massepotential geschaltet. Der Eingang Rauchmelder dient zum Anschluss von geeigneten Brandmeldern in einer sogenannten Rauchmelderlinie. Die Steuereingänge dienen zum Ansteuern des angeschlossenen Motor- Mehrfachverriegelungsschlosses 519. -

Feuerschutzmodul anschließen Ergänzend zum UII-Steuermodul („Elektrischer Anschluss an UII-Steuermodul“, Seite 22) ist beim Einsatz des Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 519 an Feuer- und Rauchschutztüren das Feuerschutzmo- dul notwendig. Das Motor-Mehrfachverriegelungsschloss 519 und das UII-Steuermodul werden am Feuerschutzmodul angeschlossen. Über beide Module wird im Brandfall oder bei Stromausfall sichergestellt, dass das Motor-Mehrfachverrie- gelungsschloss 519 in den Verriegelt-Zustand wechselt und die Feuer- oder Rauchschutztür ihre Funktion erfüllen kann. - Page 29 Das Feuerschutzmodul muss elektrisch entsprechend Anschlussplan (Abb. 10) an das UII-Steuermodul angeschlossen werden. Das Anschlussschema der Anschlüsse für den Eingang und den Ausgang finden Sie in Abb. 8 im Kapitel „Elektrischer Anschluss“, Seite 21. Achtung! Funktionsunfähiges Feuerschutzmodul durch fehlende Drahtbrücke: Die Drahtbrücke zwischen Klem- me 17 und 4c ist für das Feuerschutzmodul erforderlich.

Zusatzriegel für hohe Türen Für Türen mit einer Höhe über 2 m besteht die Möglichkeit, die 3-fach-Verriegelung des Sicherheitsschlos- ses auf eine 4-fach-Verriegelung zu erweitern (Abb. 14, Abb. 15). Dazu wird am obersten Riegel der 3-fach-Verriegelung ein Zusatzriegel mechanisch eingehängt. Intended use The motorised multi-point lock 519 is suitable for installation in single or double-leaf tubular frame or solid-leaf doors (backset 55 mm or greater) made of metal, plastic or wood. It may only be installed in double-leaf doors when the inactive leaf can be securely held in place with zero play and the active leaf runs against a stop edge. -
