Use the Time Defrost settingto quicklythaw foods
such as bread,rolls, vegetables,fruitsand frozen
dinners.The Auto Defrostsettingis preferred
for meat and pouky becausethe oven sets the
defrostingtime and powerlevelsfor you.
oPower level3 is automaticallyset when you press
TIME DEFROST pad, but you may changethis for
more flexibility.
How to Change Power Level
L Press TIME DEFROST.
2. Select defrosting time.
3. Press POWER LEVEL.
4. Select power.
5. Press START.
To becomebetteracquaintedwith thedefrostfimction,
defrosta 10oz. packageof frozen strawberriesby
followingthe stepsbelow.
Step 1: Placepackageof frozen strawberriesin the oven
and closedoor.Be surepackagecontainsno metal.

Step 3: Selectone half of the totaldefrostingtime
recommended.For example,touch4 and MINUTE
pad for 4 minutes.

Step 4: TouchSTART.When
START
thecycle is completed,the oven
signalsand flashes"End," then
automaticallyshutsoff.
Step 5: Turn the packageover, closethe door and repeat
Steps2 and 3 to set remaininghalf of defrostingtime
and touch ST~T.
Step 6: When the oven signalsand flashes "End," open
the door,remove the package and separatestrawberries
to finishdefrosting.
