M ULTI CONTROL jog dial
The M ULTI CONTROL jog dial (or the M ULTI CONTROL keys on the remote control unit) allow s you to set (or enter) a variety
of functions w ith an easy operation.
The mode for setting (using) M ULTI CONTROL is initiated w hen any of
the CD PGM , DUBBING, SOUND, DISPLAY, TIM ER and M ODE/ DEM O
keys is pressed.
In the setting mode, select the operation mode w ith the M ULTI CON-
TROL jog dial and press the SET and/ or ENTER key(s) to set, establish,
enter or execute the function.
(The ENTER key is alw ays pressed at the end.)
ON / STAN DBY
÷ During the setting of an item (w hile the guideline is blinking), other keys are defeated except for the basic control keys such as the VOLUM E
CONTROL and ON/ STANDBY keys.
÷ To cancel the mode for setting (using) M ULTI CONTROL, read the description of each item in this manual.
