The P900 is shipped with two CD-ROMS: PC Suite for P900 and Multimedia for P900.

PC Suite for P900

The PC Suite for P900 CD-ROM includes the following:
Local Synchronisation
Backup and Restore
File Manager
Software Installer
Language Change Utility
Dial-Up Networking Wizard
Chinese Dictionaries
Drivers
Manuals
PC software for synchronising PIM data between the P900 and PC
applications such as Microsoft
Organizer. Described elsewhere in this paper.
Utility to back up the data from the P900 for storage on a PC. Restore
enables data to be returned to the P900, for example, after a software
upgrade. This operation must be performed using the P900 Deskstand.
Enables Windows Explorer to see the P900 as a device and the
internal and Memory Stick storage as two disk drives on the device.
Multimedia files may be copied between the PC and the P900.
Utility to install new applications from the PC.
Enables the user to load a different language from the CD-ROM and
switch the P900 UI to that language, assuming the specific P900 model
supports this.
Wizard for GPRS and HSCSD settings.
(Chinese versions only) Standalone dictionary for looking up Chinese
words. Supplied in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese Hong Kong
and Traditional Chinese Taiwan.
Drivers for using the P900 as a modem over Infrared, Bluetooth or
Cable. USB driver for the DSS-25 deskstand.
User Guide and Quick Start Guide in Acrobat
Available in all supported languages.
