9.1 What you need to know about OPC UA
Principle: Interface for access via communication module
For a CPU application, such as OPC UA, to be accessed via CP interface, you must
configure a virtual interface (W1). IP-based applications can then be accessed via the
IP address parameters of this virtual interface.
The schematic is shown in the following figure.
