POSSIBLE CAUSE
Thermostats not working properly • Check thermostats.
Temperature gauge

RECOMMENDATION(S)
• Check water temperature with thermometer.
• Fill crankcase to proper level.
• Repair or replace
• Drain and fill crankcase with correct oil.
• Replace filter.
• Oil consumption decreases after break in.
• Use proper viscosity oil.
• Check for leaks in lines around gaskets
and drain plug.
• Service air cleaner.
• Have dealer check back pressure.
• Use correct fuel for temperature.
