General Setup

Menus

Access all settings of the unit, such as image and sound, via the menus
as described in the following.
■
Press SETUP (6) on the remote control to access the main menu.
NOTE
►
You can only access the main menu in DVD/USB mode.
■
Use the navigation buttons (8) to navigate the menus.
■
Press ENTER (7) to select a menu item.
■
Press SETUP (6) again to exit the main menu.
‹ Press SETUP (6) on the remote control.
The main menu is displayed and General Setup is highlighted.
‹ Press (8) to highlight a menu item.
Press (8) to access the respective submenu.
‹
Press (8) and ENTER (7) to select the desired setting.

In menu item TV Display you set the aspect ratio.
Normal/Ps: If the image cannot completely be displayed on your TV set,
then it is cropped left and right.
NOTE
►
Normal/Ps setting is not supported by all DVDs.
Normal/Lb: If the image cannot completely be displayed on your TV set,
then you have black bars top and bottom.
Wide: Select this menu item if you have the unit connected to a 16:9
widescreen TV set.
