Causes and Correction When You Cannot Go Online from the Sysmac Studio

Description
There is a mistake in the settings that the
Sysmac Studio uses to go online with the
Soft-NA. Or, the communications path is
faulty.
An error according to which the opera-
tion of the Soft-NA stops has occurred.
The load on the PC is too high and there
is not enough time to connect to Sysmac
Studio.

Restart the Soft-NA or PC.
Exit the other applications. Also, execute
the operation after waiting for processes
being executed in the background, such
as a virus scan, etc. to end.
Turn ON the power supply to the PC.
Can the Sysmac Studio go
online with the PC ?
Insert the cable connectors at the personal computer
and Ethernet switches until they lock into place.
Make sure the LINK indicator on the PC (switching
hub) is lit.
Can the Sysmac Studio go
online with the PC ?
Correct the Connection-destination IP address
in Communications Setup of Sysmac Studio.
