3. From the Setup menu, select Aircraft Type (1 <Enter>).
a. From the Aircraft Type menu, select fixed wing (1 <Enter>), (rotorcraft is provided for future
option, do not select at this time).
b. Verify system returned to setup menu.
4. From the Setup menu, select Antenna System (2 <Enter>):
Verify displayed antenna position matches antenna location on the aircraft
(top or bottom). Failure to do so could give incorrect traffic bearing.

a. The Antenna System menu will appear, select correct antenna location:
Top (1 <Enter>) or Bottom (2 <Enter>).
b. The antenna model menu will appear, select NY164 antenna (2 <Enter>) or NY156 (3 <Enter>).
c. At antenna System menu, verify Antenna model and location are correct, then select back
(x <Enter>) to return setup menu.
