Cause Suggested Solution
Remove print head and then
remove ink cartridges. Check
to see if they are empty.
Check the ink output and pin
hole vents. Reinsert
cartridges, making sure you
hear a click, reinstall print
head.
If necessary, contact the
Xerox Customer Support
Center.
