Preparing the pepper mill for use
Assemble the power unit
1. Hold the container verti-
cally.
2. Push the power unit onto
the container (make sure
that the drive shaft enters
the notch).
3. Turn the power unit until
the connection pin is in line
with the screws and push
the parts together.
4. Check that the parts are
correctly assembled like
this: Push the start button,
turn the mill upside down
and check if the light on the
bottom has come on, if not,
reassemble the mill.
Attach the cover
Place the cover over the power unit and twist it until it connects with
the container. Then twist the upper cap carefully until it stops. Note!
Only twist the cap until a "click" is heard, if you twist it too much the
locking mechanism might break.
Use
The pepper mill has a shutter on the bottom
1. Turn the shutter until the lug lines
up with the  mark on the bottom
of the mill.
2. The shutter is now open and will
allow pepper to pass through the
opening in the bottom.
After use: Turn the shutter until the
lug lines up with the  mark on the
bottom of the mill. The openings in the
bottom are now closed preventing salt
and pepper from falling onto the table.
