Damage caused by wrong
operating unit
A wrong operating unit may dam-
age or destroy the light.
¾ Before putting the light into
operation, check whether the
operating unit or the bus sys-
tem are suitable for operation
of the light!
Switchable lights
(DUW 2xx)
Lights without switch are usu-
ally switched on/off via an external
switch.
Dimmable light
(DUW 2xx/D)
The operation of digitally dimmable
lights (e. g. DUW 228/D) requires
the use of a touch switch (see
"Connection").
Press briefly: (<0.5 s): ON/OFF
Press longer (>0.5 s): Dimming
Double-click with switched-on
light: saves the dim value
Double-click with switched-off
light: deletes the dim value
If the dim value has been deleted,
the lamp is dimmed to the switch-
off dim value when switching it on
the next time.
