To change the settings outside of a host system, there is a service interface on the
device. Access is via the device's network connection, either directly or over the net-
work. For a direct connection, an Ethernet crossover cable (crossed RJ-45 cable) or an
Ethernet patch cable can be used 1:1 (Auto MDIX).
The service interface can be accessed via a PC by entering the device's IP address into
your browser's address field.
HTTPS is activated on the wireless gateway as standard. Communication between
the web server (wireless gateway) and the web browser (computer) is encrypted.
Enter the following accordingly:
https://<IP address>
On first access, the browser may warn that the certificate is unknown. In this case you
must confirm that the page is trustworthy and can be displayed.
If the wireless gateway's IP address is unknown, it can be determined via UPnP
[} 6.1] or written onto a USB stick [} 6.1].
After calling up the service interface, a username and password will be requested.
The following users are stored as standard:

kabagateway
After successfully logging in, the service functions are available. Select the requested
function from the main menu on the left.
