Filters
Check the following filter boxes on line 1) and at nozzle 2) and
clean or replace as required. If rust or other impurities are observed
inside the pump, use a separate pump to suck out any water and
other impurities that may have deposited on the bottom of the tank.
Boiler
Clean the boiler as indicated in its accompanying instructions in or-
der to maintain all the original combustion characteristics intact, es-
pecially the flue gas temperature and combustion chamber
pressure.
Combustion
Adjust the burner if the combustion values found at the beginning
of the operation do not comply with the regulations in force, or do
not correspond to good combustion.

Opening the burner

Disconnect the electrical supply from the burner by
means of the main system switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
Wait for the components in contact with heat sourc-
es to cool down completely.
6.4

Closing the burner

Refit following the steps described but in reverse order; refit all
burner components as they were originally assembled.
After carrying out maintenance, cleaning or check-
ing operations, reassemble the hood and all the
safety and protection devices of the burner.
Maintenance
To open the burner proceed as follows:
➤ loosen screws 1) and withdraw the cover 2);
➤ unscrew screws 3);
➤ fit the two extensions 4), supplied with a kit, onto the slide bars
➤ Pull part A) backward keeping it slightly raised to avoid dam-
