Instrument Menu Structure
• CAL DEFAULTS—(Calibration Default Settings) Press
the calibration settings back to factory defaults and set the Gain to 1.0
and the Offset to 0. Use this feature to remove calibrations that are
causing a MARG G or MARG Z to be displayed.
• OFFSET—Press

• GAIN—Press

factor. The factory default for gain is 1, however, readings of 0.8 to 1.25
are acceptable.
• DISPLAY TEST—Press
to visually check that the complete display is functioning.
• RECMIN—Recorder signal test. Press
output to its minimum (normally 4 mA) and hold it there until the next
analysis is complete.
• RECMAX—Recorder signal test. Press
output to its maximum (normally 20 mA) and will hold it there until the next
analysis is complete.

Recorder Maximum values. Use this feature to offset the 4 or 20 mA
output signal to force a chart recorder to read zero or full scale in case of

determine the recorder setting.
• RELAY TEST—Press
sequentially turn on ALARM1 and ALARM 2. Automatically clears both
alarms to complete the test.
• REF*—Momentarily displays the last Reference A/D counts.
• SAMPLE*—Momentarily displays the last Sample A/D counts.
• ZERO*—Momentarily displays the last Zero A/D counts.
• CYCLE TIME*—Momentarily displays the Motor On time (in seconds).
• POWER FAIL WARNING—Sets the power fail warning to ON or OFF.
