Transporting the device
HON 5020 gas pressure regulator with HON 630 pilot
 There is enough space for unpacking and installing the device at the installation loca-
tion.
Proceed as follows:

If the travel indication option is present, proceed as follows:
Transport and installation
Step Description
1 Leave the flange protective plates on the
HON 5020 during transport.
2 Hook the sling into the eye bolt.
3 Lift the HON 5020.
Slowly and carefully transport the HON
5020 to the location where it will be
installed.
1 Remove the protective caps.
2 Install the ring bolts included in delivery
and attach the slings to the ring bolts.
3 Lift the HON 5020.
