• Place the pad onto the seat
• Insert the two top elastic straps through the slots labeled 1
in the head supports.

• Lift the head supports to locate the large hole in the seat
back labeled 2.
• Insert the elastic straps through the large holes labeled 2.

• From behind the seat, hook the elastic straps over the tabs
labeled 3.

.• From the front of the seat,
fit the top pocket on the
back of the pad over the
top of the seat.
• From the back of the seat, fit the top edges of the pad around
the head support levers.
• Press the center of the pad to fasten it to the seat.
