• Position the assembly face down.
• Insert a #8 x " screw through each

end of the seat and into
the footrest.
• Fully tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.

• Position the assembly upright.
• At an angle, insert the large tab on the restraint post into the
slot between the seat and the footrest.
• Then, push to "snap" the restraint post into the large opening
in the footrest.

• Face the back of the assembly.
• Position the rear support so that it bends upright.
• Align the screw holes in the rear support with the screw holes
in the rear legs.
• Now, place a retainer over each end of the rear support.
• Insert a #8 x 5 " screw through the outside of each rear leg,

the rear support and into the retainer.
• Fit a #8 lock nut into the hexagonal opening in the retainers.
Make sure the rounded side is facing out.
• Fully tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. When
properly tightened, the end of the screw will be visible,
as shown above.
