Rhino-Rack J103174 Installation Manual

Installation Time: 10-15 Minutes
Tools Required:
 4 mm Allen key
 Box cutter
 Rubber mallet
 Phillips screw driver
 Tape measure
Installation Instructions:
1. Open all contents and lay them out
2. Snap the rubber protectors into the rail starting from one end
3. Piece number three will need to be trimmed down to size. (cut flush with the rail)
4. Use the mallet to tap the end caps into place
5. Use the Philips screw driver to place the screw into place to hold the end cap on.
6. Place the metal spacer and the plastic end cap cover to each end
7. Place the locking washer and the spacer washer onto the long screws and feed them in through the holes to get
them to hold the spacer and end cap cover in place. ( do not tighten)
8. Place the little rubber sleeve onto the bottom of the end cap
9. Place the one of the racks onto your jeep roof
10. Make sure you the spacer and end cap go over the roof rail
11. Tighten one side of the rail and measure the distance of the rack from the end of the rail
12. Go to the other side of your jeep and measure the distance of the rack and make sure both sides match before
tightening
13. Repeat steps 8-12 for second rack
14. Enjoy your new rhino rack
