ANTI-SEIZE LUBRICANT MUST BE USED ON ALL STAINLESS STEEL FASTENERS TO PREVENT THREAD DAMAGE AND GALLING
1. Remove contents from box, verify if all parts listed are present and free from damage.
Carefully read and understand all instructions before attempting installation.
Failure to identify damage before installation could lead to a rejection of any claim.
Please see Figure 1 for a breakdown of the parts included in this kit and to aid in assembly.
2. Begin by matching the left front section with the left rear section, loosely secure using (1) support plate, (4) long M6 but-
ton head bolts, (4) short M6 button head bolts, (16) M6 flat washers, and (8) M6 nylock nuts. Repeat this step for the right
side. See Figure 2.
3. Take the middle cross bar and insert it into the left side of the truck rack. Loosely secure using (1) M10 hex head bolt, (1)
M10 flat washer and (1) M10 lock washer, insert the other end of the middle cross bar into the right side of the truck rack
and loosely secure using (1) M10 hex head bolt, (1) M10 flat washer and (1) M10 lock washer.
