To mount to a pipe smaller than 60mm (2 3/8 inches), mount bracket
to pipe using customer-supplied U-bolts and backing plates.
To mount to a pipe larger than 60mm (2 3/8 inches), mount bracket to pipe
using customer-supplied hose clamps. Pass the clamps through the raised
slots on the pipe mounting bracket and around the pipe.
