Loop System Configurations
The cables that connect the VF and Data between the Master Terminal and the
Slave Repeater allow communication between the two systems. Any data that
is received at the third Slave Terminal on the outer loop is passed through the
cables that are connected to the Slave Repeater of the inner loop.
If the pilot is not detected at the Master Terminal because of a break in the
outer loop, data is allowed to transmit and be received at the Master Terminal.
Note that the two Slave Terminals of the outer loop must have the External
Pilot option enabled to allow the pilots to propagate between them.
