The virtual VU meters can be used to check input levels.

Use to adjust the reference that is used for 0VU.
HINT
The reference level can be set between –20dBFS and
–10dBFs. The dBFS unit represents the loudness of the
signal in dB with 0dBFS being the maximum recordable
value for the digital data.
