PRACTICAL COOKING TIPS

Remember about those ti ps to ensure that you are
using your Termorobot Sam Cook PSC-10 in an
opti mal manner so that cooking will always yield
the best results.
When grinding (for example, vegetables, nuts,
dry rolls, coff ee grains, or even rice into small-
er bits or powder) always use higher mixing
speeds (8-12). We recommend starti ng from
a lower speed and then gradually increasing it.
When powdering (for example, spices, choc-
olate, sugar into powder) always use higher
mixing speeds (9-12). We recommend start-
ing from a lower speed and then gradually
increasing it.
When shredding (fruit, vegetable into lit-
tle shreds) always use medium mixing
speeds (4-6). When you are shredding cab-
bage or lett uce, we recommend pouring some
water into the jug.
When you are performing the above-described
acti ons, do not fi ll the jug over its half. Do not
mount the cutt er guard ⑬ nor the mixing

from 10 to 19 seconds, but this should depend
on the quality, hardness and the amount of
inserted ingredients.
Emulsifying (creati ng an emulsion, for exam-
ple mayonnaise, sauces) can be performed
with two methods: with the mixing att ach-
ment ⑭ (mixing speeds 1-4) or without it
(mixing speeds 5-12) . The durati on depends
on the ingredients (from 20 seconds up to
several minutes).
When whisking (turning cream or egg whites
into a solider form) use the mixing att ach-
ment ⑭ and (2-4) mixing speeds. You can
also use the cutt er guard ⑬.to whisk egg
whites. In this case a longer mixing durati on is
required. Defi ning a precise whisking durati on
is diffi cult as it depends on the freshness, size,
and temperature of the eggs. You can start
with 1 minute, verify the eff ects, and resume
whisking, if needed.
SOLUTION
When kneading dough, use the "DOUGH"
programme. You can modify the parameters
of the programme slightly, if needed. When
kneading light dough (pancakes, sponge cakes,
etc.) use the mixing att achment ⑭, whereas
you should dismount the att achment for harder
dough (pizzas, Danish pastry).
Frying should be performed with the use of
the "HEATING" programme by increasing tem-
perature up to 120 °C. Pour olive oil into the
jug and wait for it to heat up. In order for the
ingredients to fry evenly, use a lower mixing
temperature. Aft er approximately 2 minutes
check the eff ects, extend the frying process
if necessary.
