1. Install the cutt er assembly ⑦ in the jug ④.
CAUTION! The blades are very sharp. Handle
with care.
2. Pour around 1 litre, but not less
than 500 ml of water into the jug ④.
CAUTION! The steam cooking process uses
(depending on the cooking temperature)
around 500 ml of water per 30 minutes
of cooking. Do not cook for more than 1 hour.
For long cooking set the mixing speed to "1".
This will prevent the appliance from overheat-
ing. Control the quanti ty of water in the jug.
Of all the water is boiled out, this can lead to
damaging the device, cause scalding or even
fi re.
3. Install the jug cover ⑧ onto the jug ④.
Do not cover the jug cover ⑨ with the cap.
4. Install the jug ④ in the jug slot ⑱.
5. Insert the food into the steaming contain-
er ⑩. For larger quanti ti es of ingredients
you can use the tray ⑪. Place the con-
tainer ⑩ on the jug cover ⑧. Place the
cover ⑫ on top.

14. Aft er the process, check the results and if
necessary conti nue the process with modi-
fi ed parameters.
15. Turn off the device using the ON/OFF
butt on ⑯, unplug the appliance from the
mains, remove the jug and the jug cover
using the spatula ⑲, and depending on
CAUTION! Do not steam-cook frozen prod-
ucts.
6. Connect the appliance to the mains and
turn it on using the on switch ⑯ on the
back of the appliance. The appliance will
turn down if you do not take any acti on
within 5 minutes. To turn it on again press
any butt on on the control panel.
CAUTION! Further operati on of the control
panel is possible only if the jug ④ and jug
cover ⑧ have been properly installed in the
appliance. Improper installati on of the jug or
jug cover will be indicated by displaying the
"E2" or "E3" error in the middle secti on of the
display

7. Start the heati ng programme using the
"Heati ng" butt on

perature and ti me setti ngs (see: "SETTING
TEMPERATURE", "SETTING TIME").
CAUTION! For eff ecti ve steam cooking the
water temperature must exceed 90 °C.
8. If the process requires an extremely long
cooking ti me, also set the mixing speed
what dish you are preparing empty the jug
if necessary.
CAUTION! Wear kitchen mitt ens at all ti mes
when removing and emptying the jug.
