temperature of the jug contents, the appliance
will wait unti l it naturally cools down and then
keep the temperature you selected.

speed, only the 4 slowest speed setti ngs are
available. If a speed higher than "4" was set
before, the appliance will reduce it once 60 °C
is exceeded.
CAUTION! Do not set a mixing speed higher
than "5" while using the cutt er guard (mixing
paddle).
CAUTION! Do not set a mixing speed higher
than "4" while using the mixing att achment
(butt erfl y whisk).
CAUTION! If the jug content is being heated,
do not set a mixing speed higher than "4".

9. You can also use the appliance in manual

start the process using the "START/STOP"

10. Control the process regularly to adjust the
setti ngs and modify the quanti ty of ingredi-
ents as necessary. You can use the "Pulse"
functi on to mix the jug contents quickly
(see: "PULSE FUNCTION").
11. If you need to add ingredients during
the process, stop the appliance using the
"Start/Stop" butt on , add the ingre-
