This module should only be disassembled from bottom to top. Step 1: Remove battery cover and battery, and then take off 8 screws with screwdriver. There are 2 kinds of screws as below.

Step 5: Remove speaker and vibrator by using soldering iron; (Temperature：Lead-free technology 330℃± 10℃，time：5~6 seconds). Note: Please pay attention to the anode and the cathode of speaker and vibrator which is etched on PCBA as below. Rev.

(3) Then swipe along the four edges of TP with plastic flake and separate TP and LCD from furnished front casing carefully. (Note: Be careful not to damage TP FPC and LCD FPC when swiping along the top edge) Rev.
  • Page 28 L2E Repair Document Communication Ltd. (4) Then swipe along the four edges of LCD with plastic flake and separate LCD from TP. Please pay attention that separate LCD from bottom to top in order not to stick the LCD FPC to the gum and roll up the gum.

    L2E Repair Document Communication Ltd. Step 7: Disassembly complete. Disassembly Notice: Take care not to damage several FPCs when you are using plastic flake to separate the furnished frame from the furnished front casing. Be careful not to damage TP FPC and LCD FPC during disassembly process. Put all the spare parts on right position (don’t let all the spare parts mixed and put on the clean place to avoid vitiated or stained for each spare part) after disassembly.

Attention:  When assembling main PCBA, make sure the sub camera, camera rubber, vibrator are well installed firstly.  Please notice the distinction between the anode and the cathode when assembling vibrator and speaker.  When assembling the FPC with LED on it, make sure the fixed position is right install.
