Quick reference of chain & bar assembly (screw
tension)
• Release chain tension by turning the tension adjustment
screw, located behind the chain bar, counter-clockwise.
• Unscrew the lock knob.

• Remove the cover.
• The bar and chain can now be removed by lifting it away
from the main body of the saw and releasing the chain
from the sprocket.
• The pole saw can now be cleaned with a brush and or
rag to remove sawdust and oil.
