WARNING!
With different dust kinds/-concentrations an acute explosion and / or danger of deflagrations exists
(e.g., with AI-dust, CrNi dust and a.)
Asbestos particles show a considerable danger for body and life.
Devices the dusts dangerous to the sucking are determined, must be equipped with the suitable
security facilities (ex-protection, absolute filter etc.).
Normal operation
The dummy may be pursued only in sure and functioning state. With malfunctions the device
immediately shut down. Disturbances immediately remove.
The dry sucking:
The lateral kettle clips solve and take engine head; containers empty and dry, if this wet or should be
humid. Textile filters start.
The engine head including the unterbuilt basket again on the kettle put on and connect the device
about the mains connection management to an outlet. Switch on the devices with the toggle switch in
the engine head. With the toggle switch it is switched either one or two engines. Now the dummy is
ready for use.
The wet sucking:
The lateral kettle clips solve and take engine head;
Textile filters remove;
Containers empty.
The engine head including to the unterbuilt basket with swimmer's equipment again on the kettle put
on and connect the device about the mains connection management to an outlet.
Switch on the device with the toggle switch in the engine head.
Now the dummy is ready for use.
As soon as the allowed filling state was reached in the container, the swimmer's equipment interrupts
the airflow. Then the device has no more suction strength and must be emptied.

MAINTENANCE

After the dry sucking:
Empty the container regularly and always (at the latest) with ending of the work.
With every emptying release the textile filter by intensive knocking off from perhaps sticking dirt.
Of the filters can be also sucked off with another, perhaps available vacuum cleaner. Textile filters
according to use degree of the device regularly renew!
After the wet sucking:
After ending of the work empty the kettle always immediately. Soaked up liquids never leave longer
time in the container. Containers after emptying with dry cloth wipe out.
With the suction engine the carbon brush conductors must be controlled after approx. 800 company
hours by a professional company and be substituted, perhaps.

Electrical connection
The electrical connection must be carried out according to the VDE and EVU by an authorized
specialist. All performance data can be found on the nameplate. All work on the unit are carried out in
de-energized condition!
Cleaning and Maintenance
Caution! Before cleaning or maintenance, always remove the power plug!
The suction must be cleaned and maintained. Please use personal protective equipment.
Regular disinfection with FIAP proficare Disinfectants especially designed for disinfection in
aquaculture should take place after the application.
Disposal
The device must be disposed of according to national regulations.
