matched mode. This mode is used on the POCSAG and FLEX screens. Use the POCSAG or
FLEX button on the toolbar to pull up the editor.
Choose the CAPCODES to match and then upload or download accordingly using the options
given. The tables can be saved and retrieved to disk for later use as well.
