Illumina recommends using a user-supplied uninterruptible power supply (UPS). Illumina is not responsible for data loss caused by interrupted power, regardless of whether the DRAGEN Server v3 is connected to a UPS. Standard generator-backed power is often not uninterruptible, so a brief power outage occurs before power resumes. -

Wait a few minutes until the server comes to a complete shutdown. Advanced Exchange Because the DRAGEN Server v3 has no serviceable parts, Illumina uses an Advanced Exchange replacement model to rectify issues that cannot be resolved remotely. Advanced Exchange replaces a damaged or defective DRAGEN Server v3 with a replacement server.
