Possible Failure Points
• The display cable is damaged.
• The elevation motor is not plugged in to the MCB.
• The elevation sensor (potentiometer) is damaged.
• Console firmware needs to be updated to the latest version.
• Correct unit model needs to be selected in the service menu.
• Lower board needs the latest firmware update via FISP.
• Lower board to console wire harness is damaged or not fully connected.
• Lower board failure.
• Console failure.

• This error can be triggered as a user walks and the range of motion is
limited which prevents one of the optical sensors from triggering. This is a
soft error that will not interrupt user operation – see 637-1534.
• Battery is dead and needs to be charged.
• Machine is not being used enough to keep battery charged.
• Battery is not being sufficiently charged by drive system.
• Battery wire harness is damaged or not fully connected.
