Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a quali-
fied person. The radiator is not a toy. Keep children away from the unit.
Always use a socket earthed according to the regulations when operating the
radiator.
Do not operate the radiator in areas with fire hazard. Do not use the unit in
rooms in which highly inflammable gases or dust can be formed. There is risk
of burns!
When operating the radiator, make sure the room does not contain inflamma-
ble materials, e. g. petrol, solvents, spray cans, paints etc. Make also sure
that the unit is not operated in the vicinity of wood, paper, plastics etc. Keep
such materials away from the radiator.
The radiator becomes hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not
touch hot surfaces. Never cover the unit. There is risk of burns
due to overheating!
Always turn the radiator off before unplugging it. Always pull on
the plug, not on the cord.
Do not operate the radiator with a damaged plug or power cord or if the
radiator itself becomes damaged.
Do not use the radiator outdoors. The unit is not intended for use in damp and
wet location.
Operate the radiator with the footplates and casters only.
Make sure that water cannot enter the interior of the radiator. Do not touch
the radiator with wet hands. There is risk of electric shock.
The radiator is filled with special oil. In case of oil leakage the radiator may
only be opened and repaired by a professional.
Should the unit become damaged do not use it and have it repaired by a
professional or contact our customer support department. Do not disassemble
the radiator or try repairing it yourself.
