1. Put the motor on the gear housing.
2. Put the gear and cutting unit in the gear housing.
Attach the cutting unit into the gear housing with 2
screws. Note that the front screw also locks the
safety point with the related nut. Tightening torque
3~4 Nm.
3. Assemble the bottom plate with gasket on the gear
housing and connect with 6 screws. Tighten the
screws crossways and refer to the number on the
bottom plate. Tightening torque 3 ~4 Nm.

6.8 Control unit and battery plug

6.8.1 To disassemble the control unit and
battery plug
1. Disconnect the plugs to the front handle from the

2. Remove the screws (A) on the control unit and the
screws (B) on the battery plug. Remove the plug (C)
and lift out the control unit, the battery plug and the
cables from the chassis.

3. Remove the plugs (D and E) to disconnect the
control unit and the battery plug.
6.8.2 To assemble the control unit and battery
plug
Note: Make sure the cables are not damaged and are
set correctly in the chassis.
CAUTION: The cables must hang straight down
from the plugs. Make sure that they are not bent
too much.
