- Page 7 Assembly ASSEMBLY STEP STEP 1. Attach the Right and Left Base Frame (2&3) and Base Cross Frame (4) to the Upright (1) using 5 Hex Bolts (16), 10 Washers (19) and 5 Lock Nuts (13). Do not tighten these nuts and bolts at this time. STEP 2.
- Page 8 Assembly ASSEMBLY STEP STEP 3. Attach the Heavy Bag Support Frame (7) to the Upright (1) with 3 Hex bolts (17), 6 Washers (19) and 3 Lock nuts (13), put the metal plate(15) in the opposite side. Tighten all 3 nuts and bolts securely using wrenches.
