an unpressurized chamber
Shock absorber unscrewed too
far
Shock absorber/cushioning
component defective/worn
Remedy
Check the flow control function
(supply or exhaust air flow
control)
Symmetric setting preferred
Return to Festo
Select a lower swivel speed
Use external shock absorbers

Move only against residual air
cushion on the exhaust side
Select a lighter mass
Pressurize semi-rotary drive on
both sides
Observe the maximum
permissible unscrewing length
Replace shock
absorber/cushioning
