Other Important Information
WARRANTY INFORMATION
AT&T warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and
workmanship on the date of your purchase, and that it will repair or replace,
at its option, without charge for parts or labor, the product if it fails to work,
provided that the defect is reported to AT&T within one year of your purchase.
If AT&T determines that any defective product cannot be replaced, it may re-
fund your purchase price. Replacement parts or products may be new or
equivalent to new in performance, and will be provided on an exchange basis.
You will be responsible for delivering a defective product to a designated
repair location. For information on repair procedures, call your authorized
dealer.
The warranties provided in this section do not cover damages, defects,
malfunctions or product failures caused by:
Failure to follow AT&T's installation, operation or maintenance
instructions.
Modification of the product.
Abuse, misuse or negligent acts by persons other than AT&T.
Power failures or surges, fire, flood, accident, actions of third parties
and other events outside AT&T's control.
Except as specifically made in this agreement, AT&T and its affiliated sub-
contractors and agents make no warranties, expressed or implied, and
specifically disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose.
In no event will AT&T or its dealer be liable for any claims, suits, liabilities,
damages, costs or expenses in excess of $50,000.00 regardless of the form
of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) and strict liability
or otherwise, and whether or not foreseeable, except for direct damages for
personal injury (including death). In no event will AT&Tor its dealer by liable
for indirect, special reliance, incidental or consequential loss or damage aris-
ing out of the subject matter of this agreement.

energy and if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction
manual, may cause interference to radio communications.
