  • Page 2 Always disconnect battery before servicing any fuses or electrical system. Step 1 The 40” E-Series mounts behind the existing main grille. Open the hood and notice the two black bumpers on both sides of the grille opening towards the bottom. Behind those bumpers are two Torx head screws, remove the screws and the nut clips that the bolts are threaded into.
  • Page 3 Wiring Instructions - Auxiliary switches Your Raptor is equipped with four factory “Up tter” auxiliary switches. These need to be connected to the OEM output wires. There are two locations that need to be addressed; inside the glove box and inside the engine compartment under the hood. step 3 Open the glove box normally and empty out.
  • Page 4 Glove box tab released. Wiring bundles after access panel is removed. step 4 In order to get the switch outputs connected to the pass through wiring that terminates under the hood for Step 7, you need to make the connections below and behind the glove box.
