Always disconnect battery before servicing any fuses or electrical system.
Step 1
The 40" E-Series mounts behind the existing main grille. Open the hood and
notice the two black bumpers on both sides of the grille opening towards the bottom.
Behind those bumpers are two Torx head screws, remove the screws and the nut
clips that the bolts are threaded into. You will use these existing holes to bolt the
L-brackets that are included with your light bar.
Step 2
Install the L-brackets onto the light bar using the supplied Delrin bushing
and ¼" x 20 nylon lock nut. Then install the the supplied bolts into the L-bracket
on either side of the grille opening to attach the light bar to your truck.
Tighten all hardware.
