The following operating and maintenance
instructions must be observed:

Check that the product has been delivered in
perfect condition before you use it.

If you have any doubts about the restrictions
on use, the adjustment or maintenance of the

Do not exceed the maximum operating load or
the maximum load shown on the product label.
•
Always ensure that the product is suitable for your requirements; in case of doubt, check with a
health professional.
•
Worn, damaged or missing components must be replaced immediately by an approved repairer.
•
Do not leave or store the product out of doors.
•
Periodically check the stability and rigidity of the product and, where applicable, that the screws
are correctly tightened.
•
Take particular care when using the product on damp surfaces.
Assembly and Maintenance:
To assemble the chair:
1. Open the arm frames so that they are pointing away from the backrest.
2. Lift the seat frame upwards and slot into the plastic connectors half way down the arms frames -
you will hear this 'click' into place.
3. Press the seat downwards to connect with the seat frame - this will 'click' into place.
Ensure the chair is secure prior to use. Activate the brakes on the back wheels to lock chair in position.
Clean regularly with a standard household cleaner.
