Enabling Automatic Height Adjustment during Printing

This setting allows the height to be readjusted automatically to continue printing even when the object to be print-
ed on moves out of position or lifts up and comes into contact with the head gap sensor during printing. This
function is effective when using objects that cannot be reprinted on.
Procedure
1.
Press [MENU].

Press [▼] several times to display the screen shown below.

• When the height is readjusted automatically and printing continues, the height setting is changed. Therefore, the print quali-
ty may be changed. Hence, proper printing requires that the object to be printed on be secured properly before printing to
keep it from moving out of position or lifting up.

• At the time when the height is readjusted automatically, the head gap sensor comes into contact with the object to be print-
ed on.
• Even if "RE-ADJ" is selected, printing and setup will be canceled in the following cases.
• When the height reaches the maximum value (threshold) of automatic adjustment

the flat table has moved to the bottom
