5. Adjust :

⚫Rotate the CVT primary sheave assembly
anti-clockwise to align the slit○, on the rotor
a
with the stationary pointer ○,
on the right
b
crankcase cover when the piston is Top Dead
Center (TDC).
NOTE :
⚫Check the slit○, (have "EX") on the cam
c
chain sprocket and the up plane○, of the
d
cylinder head alignment When the piston is
Top Dead Center (TDC).
If not, rotate the CVT primary sheave

assembly anti-clockwise again.
6.Measure:
⚫Valve clearance
Out of specification → Adjust.
Valve clearance (cold):
Intake valve 0.10- 0.12mm
Exhaust valve 0.14- 0.16mm
