Intended Use

The winch is designed for moving and pulling mobile loads (rolling / swimming
/ sliding) within the limits that are specified in the technical data. It must not
be used for moving fixed loads and for lifting loads.
It is not approved for use in hazardous areas.
The winch must only be operated at 12 V DC current.
The winch may only be operated by using the supplied mounting plate or in
other solid mounting.
Do not use the winch from a motor vehicle with a running engine.
The winch is not designed for continuous operation.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating instruc-
tions.
Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying force) or any
changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to serious risks and
is regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose.

Electric Connections

1. Push the cover (3) in direction of the arrow to
open the compartment for the electric connec-
tions.
2. If you want to operate the winch by means of
the cable remote (5), connect the 3-pin plug of
the black cable of the remote to the corre-
sponding socket of the winch.
3. Then connect the 2-pin plug of the red and
black power cable (10) to the corresponding
socket of the winch.
4. After the steel cable has been attached to the load and all safeguarding
measures have been observed, clamp the clamp of the black power cable
(minus pole) to a suitable part of the vehicle's chassis, e.g. frame or engine.
5. Then clamp the clamp of the red power cable (plus pole) to the positive
terminal of the vehicle's battery.
